Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all protective materials intact
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding items (including duvets, pillows, and mattress toppers) from our Bedroom collection. All bedding sales are final.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item securely – Use the original packaging with all protective materials. We recommend using the same shipping service as your original delivery (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
- Ship your return – Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label if applicable. For exchanges, please wait for confirmation before shipping.
- Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after approval (processing times vary by financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note:
- You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges
- We recommend checking product availability before requesting an exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders
